We are nestled in a beautiful and peaceful resort area just minutes to the best attractions, dining, entertainment and shopping Orlando has to offer. Our 123 guest suites feature one king or two queen beds in a bedroom separate from the living and kitchen areas. The kitchens are fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, coffee maker, and utensils. Additionally two (2) TV’s are in each suite. We also have two bedroom suites available that can sleep up to 8 guests.
Whether staying for business or leisure, the Quality Suites® Lake Buena Vista is your best choice for spacious suites with all the amenities of home. We stayed here several years ago, we were always pleased. This time we were very disappointed, this hotel has changed for the worse. The sofa was torn, sofa cushions had foam showing, pull out bed would not close once open. I went to the front desk, and spoke with a gentleman, asked for them to replace couch cushions, get pullout bed put up. They put the bed back, but pieces of wood from sofa on the floor, cushions not replaced, pieces of toilet paper in dishwasher, side of refrigerator dirty.
On the positive side most of staff friendly. Would not recommend this hotel. The main problem of this hotel is that is not organized at all and that they never answer your questions: nobody has ever answered to my mails asking about undue charges on my CC, at the front desk they insured me to refund me 168 $ but after 15 days still no track of it and on top of it they charged me AGAIN 84 $ on my CC without explanation. A REAL ADMINISTRATION DISASTER AND NO COMPETENCE AT ALL Breakfast was a real disappointment, very little choice: no or just 1 canned fruit available, yogurt was of a purple color mixed with some colorants, machine made coffee of low quality, no butter etc. Not to speak about the Mickey Mouse waffles! Rooms have a small kitchen but not equipped at all, no plates, insufficient cutlery to prepare foods so almost useless, Everything is very old, dated and poorly cleaned. I stayed at the hotel from Dec 6 to Dec 10.
On the day of check-in, the clerk at the front desk Mr Patel had difficulty finding my reservation under my name, I gave him the confirmation number, he found my reservation, but it was under my wife's name. Probably, I mistakenly put in my wife's name, as I thought I was putting in the guest name. I told him that I will need to have my name on the receipt when I check out.

He checked my ID and my wife's ID, and told me there will be no problem that the receipt will be under my name. Both at the booking and at checkout, I used my credit car.
But when I checkout, a female clerk said they can not put only my name on the receipt, and I have to call booking.com to resolve the issue. I called booking.com, and they suggest to call Quality Suite and ask Mr Patel to confirm his agreement with me about the invoice. But Mr Patel totally denied what he said. His dishonesty totally ruined my experience. The kitchen in my room was not very clean. The treadmill at the fitness center was not working.
